About Professional Case Management
Our founder, Norm Anderson, has a B.A in Psychology and philosophy, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Eastern Connecticut State University. Mr. Anderson also has graduated from a four- year graduate program in Theology called Education for Ministry (E.F.M.) administrered by the School of Theology at the University of the South. He has worked in the mental health field for over 35 years and has 15 years experience providing case management services to a diverse population of chronic mentally ill persons. Mr. Anderson is a Vietnam era veteran, having served in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, second class and principally served as a Neuro-psychiatric Technician at Oakland Naval Hospital.
Mr. Anderson has extensive experience working within the judicial system, particularly in the jail diversion program and restoration to competency cases.
